Hi, I'm Muntasher — a software engineer from Dhaka with roots in competitive programming and hands-on experience across corporate, freelance, and banking environments.

I’ve participated in 10 national-level programming contests, including 3 ACM ICPC Dhaka Regionals. My professional journey started at multinational software firm WebHawks, followed by roles at ST Solutions and BdOSN. During the COVID-19 period I left full-time employment to freelance full-time, working directly with international clients. After the pandemic I joined IFIC Bank, and since 23 May I’ve been working as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO), later promoted as Senior Officer in the IT Division at Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC (DBBPlc), contributing to mobile banking systems and digital initiatives.

I enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean & maintainable code, and continuously learning modern technologies — especially Laravel these days.
